Verdict: Grade A acting, masterfully directed scares, fully fleshed characters, a subtle socio-political message, an intriguing atmosphere, interesting dialogue, funny jokes to brighten the mood, and a worthy villain that will haunt your nights for weeks. The newest remake nobody asked for has everything except the points I just mentioned. Yet another ridiculous, disposable horror flick that fails at delivering on nearly every level.
