Verdict:
(+) The supporting cast, which consists of talents such as Amy Adams, Olivia Wilde or Chris Pratt, does a fantastic job, but Joaquin Phoenix's acting was on an entirely different level. What a beast of an actor.
(+) Scarlett Johansson only provides the voice of an operating system, but her performance was so perfect that she felt like a fully fleshed character. Best voice acting of the decade? I'd say yes.
(+) It may take place in a futuristic world where technology is more advanced than it is in ours, but the setting was so incredibly grounded and never feels as such. Kinda like a "Black Mirror" episode but way better.
(+) The statements about society and human interactions are delivered in a flawlessly smooth way that never in the slightest feel forced.
(+) I completely bought the romantic relationship between Theo and Samantha. The performances but also the very smart and emotional script made sure of that.
(+) "The Moon Song" is absolute perfection. And so is the entire score for that matter.
(+) The film's aesthetic is breathtaking. The cinematography and color palette certainly play a big role in achieving that, but also the costume design which beautifully blends with the background, adding to Theo's trait of being antisocial.
(+) "Her" is going to make you feel a lot of things, and if that's not what movies are about, I don't know what is.

FINAL GRADE: 10/10
